  Excellent group. Have been with Polly PIland the last 13 years and have had homeowner's, multiple automobiles, and a couple of motorcycles, and just recently renter's insurance since downsizing and selling the house (back in school in PhD program). Fortunately never had to use the homeowner's, but did have to file a total loss on a vehicle when a tree fell on it from a storm. Polly and her group stayed in touch with us through all of it, and made the entire process super easy. Have worked with Darla, and Zoe, and both of them are wonderful. Professional, courteous, and very thorough in their explanations of all things insurance related. Polly's group really is a cut above the rest (based on dealing with multiple insurance groups prior to Polly). Polly, Darla, and Zoe, thanks for the level of service you provide. Hope you continue to maintain this level of professionalism for many years to come. 69 reviews and 5 star ratings?!?! Unheard of! Just goes to show people take notice of how you treat and care for your customer base.
