  They are extremely rude. I feel like they treat you unfairly and judge you on your circumstances. I'm not the type to ask for help but I'm in a desperate situation where I need help. I don't need the attitude or judgement because they don't know my circumstances and any one of them can help up in my situation. You should treat everyone with respect...it's called customer service. If you don't want to help people in need then maybe you should choose another career. This isn't about the office in its entirety however I have encountered three different employees at three different times that were very rude.

  Not a single person inside this place knows how to return a phone call. You can call them every single day for 2 solid weeks and they won't call you back. Even the supervisors. Instead, you have to take time off of work to go visit the office and wait for several hours to deal with someone face to face. I wish I could share my entire experience from start to finish since last April (2015) but it's just entirely too much crap. If I could afford to have my baby without Medicaid as a secondary insurance to cover my insanely huge deductible I wouldn't bother. But I can't, so I have to.

  It is so hard to get someone to answer the phone at this place & when someone finally does they transfer you to someone's voicemail who will not return your call. They forget everything and you have to hound them for them to do what they are suppose to accurately
