  I understand a no returns policy, but when you walk out to the car and put batteries in a device to find it not working and come right back in to show the boy at the counter the insides of the device are broken and it is unusable and unsalvageable some leniency should apply. After heated words I was offered an exchange for another floor model which had a price tag 10 dollars less. This difference in price was not refunded to me and the boy was blatantly sarcastic in his mannerisms and words. Won't be back.

  I purchased an item from them on eBay. I had occasion to contact them for further assistance and they were more than helpful. Their communication was very timely, detailed and accurate. Their pictures and description were honest. I would do business with them again.

  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! FRIENDLY STAFF, THEY TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY. THEY DON'T LOOK DOWN ON YOU EITHER, CAUSE YOU NEED A LOAN ON GOODS THAT YOU HAVE OR PAWN SOMETHING, CAUSE YOU ARE IN A TIGHT FINANCIAL SPOT. AND YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENTS TO PAY OFF YOUR GOODS TO GET IT BACK, INSTEAD OF ONE LUMP SUM. THEY TREAT AS IF YOU WERE FAMILY AT BOTH LOCATIONS!!!

  Village pawn was helpful!! Not "pressurey" didn't push me into a sale actually called other places to find ways to meet my needs but ended up having exactly what I wanted/needed! I recommend this place! Nice neat organized not janky and creepy! Great great store! Come in!
